An eight-year-old Russian woman died under a collapsed snow fortress in the village of Leonovo, Iznoskovsky district, Kaluga region. This was announced on its website by the Kaluga State Television and Radio Company with reference to the regional government.
The tragedy took place on Sunday, January 24th. According to preliminary data, a girl born in 2012 died under the snow.
Children were building a fortress out of snow, one of the girls climbed into a snowdrift. The child was covered with the collapsed layer. Adults came to the rescue of the girl, who dug her up and took her to the Central Regional Hospital. Doctors pronounced him dead.
In December last year, it was reported about a three-year-old Russian girl who went out into the hallway at night and froze to death. As her 23-year-old mother said, her daughter has sleepwalking – she allegedly often got out of bed at night, lay on the floor, but never went out earlier in the hallway. Svetlana suggested that the child did not find his way back, because he was weak and sleepy.
