Forecaster predicted abnormal weather in some regions of Russia

Next week, temperatures above normal are expected in the north of Yakutia and Kamchatka, and in the regions of the North-West and Central Federal Districts, the weather will be abnormally cool. This was announced by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, reports TASS.
“The temperature is 12-14 degrees above normal in the north of Yakutia and Kamchatka,” Vilfand said. However, even with such an anomaly in the north of Yakutia, the maximum temperatures will be from zero to minus 4 degrees, the forecaster noted.
According to him, from the middle of the week in the Northwestern and Central Federal Districts, temperatures are expected to be 1-2 degrees below normal.
In Moscow, according to the Hydrometeorological Center, on Sunday afternoon it is expected to be 6-8 degrees, on Monday – 5-7 degrees, on Tuesday – 4-6 degrees, on Wednesday – from 1 to 6 degrees, on Thursday – 3-8 degrees, on Friday – 7-12 degrees.
Earlier, in the Moscow Department of Transport, motorists were advised to change summer tires to winter ones in connection with the forecasters’ warning about wet snow and ice.
As the leading employee of the Phobos weather center, Yevgeny Tishkovets, told RBC, next week in the capital a cold snap to zero degrees and heavy rains are predicted.
