In Ulan-Ude, a drunken local driving a Lexus at high speed knocked down two 16-year-old Russians to death. This was announced by the Telegram channel LifeShot.
The accident happened on the street of the Revolution of 1905, it got on the video. The footage shows that the couple begins to cross the carriageway along the pedestrian crossing, at this moment the car in the left lane slows down. At the same time, another car is driving in the right lane at high speed, which does not even slow down in front of pedestrians. Because of the collision, the young people were sharply thrown aside. Judging by the filming of the consequences of the accident, they were dragged along the road.
According to LifeShot, after the accident, the 37-year-old driver fled, leaving the car behind a nearby building, and was detained. According to the channel, a few hours before the accident, a man stole a car from relatives. He had previously been convicted of theft.
On February 17, it was reported that Nikolai Petrov, an adviser to the vice-governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, hit a 14-year-old schoolgirl at a pedestrian crossing. As local media wrote, the girl was unaccompanied by adults and was crossing the road at a red light, the driver was sober. She suffered a severe concussion, a closed head injury and a broken arm.
