More than 70 medical organizations in Primorye will digitize patient cards by 2022

VLADIVOSTOK, October 18. / TASS /. Case histories and outpatient records of 71 medical organizations in Primorye are planned to be digitized in two years. The data will be stored in a common database, which will facilitate and speed up the work of the medical staff, according to the regional government website on Sunday.
“In 2020, the program to create a single digital circuit of the national project” Healthcare “will cover 51 budgetary medical organizations of Primorye. Doctors will get more time to communicate with patients by reducing paperwork. In just two years, 71 medical organizations will be equipped with a modern information system,” – the message says.
According to the region’s Ministry of Health, which is posted on the government’s website, in addition, the information infrastructure is being updated in 290 departments of medical institutions and in 223 feldsher-obstetric points. For these purposes, 515.7 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget and 119.6 million from the regional budget.
“The project is aimed at ensuring that all medical organizations work in a single digital circuit, where all information will flow. This will enable doctors to keep electronic medical records, register patients for appointments in electronic form and conduct telemedicine consultations,” the website says. the chief physician of the Nakhodka city hospital, in which 620 workplaces will be automated, Alfiya Semenyuk.
The National Healthcare Project, which was initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, envisages lowering mortality rates, eliminating the staff shortage in medical organizations, ensuring that all citizens are covered by preventive medical examinations at least once a year, and optimizing the work of medical organizations.
