The non / fiction literary fair will be held online in 2020

The international fair of intellectual literature non / fiction, which takes place annually in Moscow in December, will take place online this year. In the traditional format, the event will take place in March 2021.

“During four days off – December 5, 6, 12 and 13 – online meetings will be held with famous Russian and foreign writers, publicists, scientists and cultural figures,” the organizers of the fair said. A full schedule of events and links to live streams will be available soon.

The non / fictio№ / weekend / online program will feature Nobel Prize laureate Svetlana Aleksievich, writer Evgeny Vodolazkin, screenwriter Leonid Yuzefovich, writer Lyudmila Ulitskaya, literary critic Olivia Lang, historian Carlo Ginzburg and others.

About 30 thousand people visit the non / fiction fair every year; books from more than 300 major publishers are presented there. The event is attended by 29 countries. In this, it was postponed due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
