Russian mixed style (MMA) fighters Zelim Imadayev and Albert Duraev supported 18-year-old Chechen Abdulak Anzorov, who killed a college teacher in Conflans-Saint-Honorine near Paris, France. Journalist Alexander Lyutikov announced this on his Instagram.
In his Instagram story, Imadayev called Anzorov a hero, and Duraev noted in his personal account that in France “freedom of speech has lost its origin.” Later, the athletes removed the posts, and Lyutikov made a post from the screenshots of the fighters’ stories. Instagram removed the journalist’s post, considering it “violence and dangerous organizations.” At the moment, screenshots of the stories of Imadaev and Duraev are available on the Dvach Telegram channel.
The murder took place on the evening of October 16 in a suburb of Paris. The perpetrator tracked down the teacher at the college, killed him and beheaded him. Later, during the arrest, the terrorist was shot. According to law enforcement agencies, the killer was a Chechen, who was born in Moscow and at the age of six moved with his family to France, where he received the status of a political refugee.
Imadayev competes in the Absolute Fighting Championship (UFC), he has 11 fights, in which he won eight victories and suffered three defeats. Duraev is known for his performances in the ACB promotion. He fought 15 fights, in which he won 12 victories and suffered three defeats.
