Ukraine became the largest export partner of Crimea in 2020, the Ministry of Economic Development of the republic told Kommersant. According to the results of last year, the ministry specified, the share of Crimea’s exports to Ukraine reached 43%. To Belarus – 20.7%, China – 13.2%, India – 10%.
The most in demand are Crimean food products and raw materials for their production, engineering products and products of the chemical industry. “In general, the export of the republic for incomplete 2020 amounted to about $ 26.2 million, which is 8.6% more than in the same period last year,” the ministry added.
According to customs statistics for 2019, Crimea exported 50.3% of goods to Ukraine, 23% to Belarus, and Kazakhstan 10.3%.
Earlier, the State Council of Crimea adopted a three-year budget of the republic, the costs of which exceed revenues in 2021 by 1.4 billion rubles.
